Does Library include Truesizer?
Yes. Every Library user licence, including each additional user seat, includes a Truesizer licence at no extra cost. Truesizer is Wilcom’s cloud embroidery design viewing and resizing tool, and it integrates directly with Library so you can open, edit, and save designs without leaving your workflow.
Can I export. EMB files for older EmbroideryStudio version?
.EMB export is supported for EmbroideryStudio e4.5 and above only. Earlier EmbroideryStudio versions are not compatible with .EMB export from Library. Library still supports export to 24 other machine stitch formats regardless of your EmbroideryStudio version.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If the base license expires, it will lose access to Library. All additional active team licences will be limited to read-only access. Your data is retained for 90 days. If you renew within that window, your full library is restored. After 90 days without renewal, your data is permanently deleted. If you do not plan to renew, we recommend exporting your designs before the 90-day window closes.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Additional user licences can be purchased at any time and cost USD $99 per user per year. They require an active Base Licence to function. Each additional user seat includes a Truesizer licence.
Does Library work on Mac and Windows?
Library is a cloud-based web application, so it works in any modern browser on both Mac and Windows — no software installation is required to access your designs. Truesizer is also our cloud-based viewing, and basic editing solution that integrates with Library.
What support is included with my subscription?
Support is available through Wilcom’s standard support channels. Contact the Wilcom team directly to confirm the level of support available with your subscription tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends, giving you time to export your designs. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. You can download your original design files at any time while your subscription is active — we recommend doing this before cancelling if you wish to keep your files.
