How do you import custom thread charts?

Scenario:

I am using TrueSizer Pro so my assistant could do the Colorway for the designs that I created with EmbroideryStudio e3. I have created custom thread charts in our version of E3. Is it possible to import those custom thread charts into TrueSizer Pro?

Solution:

Yes, it is possible to import a custom thread chart into TrueSizer Pro. Please follow the instruction below:

  1. Find the custom thread chart files in RES folder of ES e3 installation folder(C:\Program Files\Wilcom\EmbroideryStudio_e3.0\RES), the file format is .TCH file
  2. Select those .TCH files
  3. Do “Copy”
  4. Go to RES folder of TrueSizer Pro (C:\Program Files\Wilcom\TrueSizerPro_e3.0\RES),
  5. Do “Paste”

Note: The custom thread chart will appear in the thread chart list in TrueSizer Pro.
